Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: expansion of the Central Integrated Clinical Hospital in Poznań with Modules 6 and 7, with the possibility of adding Module 6a and expanding it with Module 7a, in the 'design and build' formula. As part of the Basic Order, the Ordering Party provides for the design of Modules 6, 6A, 7 and 7A and the area between Modules 6, 6a and 7 on floor -1, as well as the execution of construction works and author's supervision covering Module 6, Module 6A: floor -1, Module 7: floors -1, 0, +1, +2, +3, +4 and the area between Modules 6, 6a and 7 on floor -1. As part of the construction works of the Basic Order, the Contractor is also obliged to provide utilities and energy sources, as well as their transit for all areas of the order, i.e. both for Modules implemented under the basic Order and Modules implemented under the Option right (referred to in point 5.3. SWZ). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Functional and Utility Program - Annex No. 3 to SWZ 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts covered by the option law, described in detail in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - PFU. Provisions regarding the exercise of the option right are included in the draft agreement, in particular in § 22.
