The subject of the public contract is construction work on the extension to the building of the Havířov Seniors' Home, a contribution organization, Střediska Luna at 1200/52c Lidická Street in Havířov-Šumbark, in order to expand its capacity. The extension building is designed as a two-armed structure four-story building with a partial basement. The roofs will be flat, with the roof over the central part and block B designed with a roof foil covering designed for mechanical anchoring with photovoltaic panels and the roof over block A as a pedestrian terrace with duck and wooden terrace boards. The scope of work also includes the re-laying of unified, sewage and storm sewers, water connection to the campus water supply system, electrical connection from the existing transformer station, and the construction of parking spaces and roads for vehicles and pedestrians.
