As part of the implementation of the Agreement, the Contractor:
1) develop the Technical Design;
2) deliver and install the Equipment at the Ordering Party's;
3) will provide license subscriptions/perpetual licenses for the Software along with manufacturer's technical support in the 5/8 standard for a period of 36 months from the date of their delivery;
4) will deliver license subscriptions/perpetual licenses for Container Orchestration Software, for all cluster servers indicated in Chapter 2 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, along with support from the manufacturer/producers of Container Orchestration Software, for a period of 36 months from the date of their delivery;
5) will implement expansion of the AI Platform in the Ordering Party's IT environment in accordance with the Technical Design prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, in particular it will integrate the security modules of the AI Platform after expansion with the Ordering Party's security systems;
6) will develop and deliver:
a) documentation as-built AI Platform,
administrative and maintenance procedures of the AI Platform after expansion,
c) user documentation describing how to work with the AI Platform after expansion,
d) technical card of the AI Platform after expansion;
7) prepare test scenarios for internal and acceptance tests of the AI Platform after expansion and will assist in carrying out acceptance tests by the Ordering Party, and will prepare reports on the tests referred to in this point;
