Expansion and reconstruction of the teaching building of the Technical School Complex in Suwałki The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the teaching building for the purposes of improving the quality of education and adapting it for people with disabilities meeting applicable fire protection requirements in the following scope: a) extension of a passenger elevator shaft with glazed vestibules on each floor, with external stairs enabling direct communication ground floor (basement) and ground floor of the building with the existing ground level, b) accompanying works within the area development, consisting in the reconstruction of the external rainwater drainage system and the removal of the measuring system outside building, c) reconstruction of some of the building's rooms due to the need for adaptation to fire protection requirements and improving the conditions of use of the facility by disabled people, consisting of: d) reconstruction of rooms on the first floor and their facilities and an adjacent corridor for the needs of the ICT laboratories being created. 2. The Ordering Party has a valid building permit by decision No. 52/2025 of April 17, 2025, reference number: AGP.6740.57.2025.GM. 3.
