The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Expansion and reconstruction of the multi-functional pavilion building located in the Ulina Park recreation complex to include a stage room for the hall auditorium.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) Performance of all works, activities and works necessary to complete the investment task, including: a) Development of design documentation: land development design, project architectural and construction, connectors for the construction design, to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the task, technical design divided into sectors, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, investor cost estimates with bills of quantities for works.b) Preparation of executive designs for each industry, to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the task, 2) obtaining the final decisions necessary for implementation, including building permits issued by the competent administrative authority architectural and construction works, opinions, expert opinions, permits and guidelines, along with providing author's supervision and carrying out all necessary acceptances and completing full documentation...
