Tender Details

The subject of the order is the EXPANSION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRE STATION BUILDING in the town of Lednogra. In place of the current tin garage and parts of the brick garage intended for dismantling, a ground-floor extension of the fire station building without a basement is planned. The extension is planned to be carried out in a horizontal plan in the shape of two connected rectangles using traditional brick technology: - The main body is covered with a 2-slope roof in a wooden structure with a slope angle of 35 degrees. Building with overall dimensions: 10.80 m x 12.58 m and a height of 8.80 m to the fire wall. - The block connecting the existing part with the design is covered with a prefabricated high-reinforced flat roof with an inclination angle of 3.5 degrees. Building with overall dimensions: 2.83 m x 6.94 m and a height of 3.75 m to the wall attic. Designed extension: 158.73 m2 The extension is planned to be located on the western front side of the existing building. The building's distance from the neighboring borders is at least 4.0 m. The entrance to the plot is planned to be hardened as an entrance to the planned garage, made of paving stones, enabling the passage of vehicles with an axle load on the road surface of at least 100 kN, and...
