The subject of the order includes the performance of construction works consisting of: expansion and reconstruction of the existing office and administration building along with land development as part of the task titled: "Adaptation of the building at ul. Jasna 31b in Gliwice", in accordance with the design documentation, the Terms of Reference and principles of technical knowledge. 2.1. The scope of the order includes in particular: 2.1.1. partial demolition of existing building elements, 2.1.2. expansion of the building by adding staircases with elevator shafts, 2.1.3. reconstruction of the system functional and structural building, 2.1.4. execution of construction, construction and installation works, 2.1.5. execution of works related to fire protection of the building, 2.1.6. performance of thermal modernization works, 2.1.7. execution of works related to the insulation of foundation and basement walls, 2.1.8. execution of works related to land development, 2.1.9. performance of other works and activities necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the documentation design. 2.2.
