1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the investment task titled: Expansion and reconstruction of the Community Center in Syców together with land development and elements of technical infrastructure as part of the Efficiency Improvement Project energy of the Cultural Center building in Syców co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority 2 European Funds for the environment in Lower Silesia, Measure 2.1. Energy efficiency in public buildings, European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 program. 3. Location of the facility - address: 56-500 Sycw, ul. Kocielna 16 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation, STWiORB and bills of quantities constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 5. Purpose The investment is to improve the technical condition and increase the energy standard of the building in terms of energy efficiency by reducing the demand and consumption of heat and energy, improving the efficiency of their use, reducing CO2 emissions and costs incurred for heat and electricity. 6.
