Tender Details

The construction site includes the extension of the central kitchen of Seinäjoki Central Hospital and modification works for the K building part in accordance with the tender documents. The future facilities will include a cold preparation kitchen as well as office and break rooms for the kitchen staff with ancillary premises. The form of contract is shared contract. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor on the site. The main contractor acts as the responsible main contractor as defined by the legislation and the special contract terms of the industry, such as YSE98, and the site as a contractor responsible for management responsibilities, the building engineering contracts are carried out as subcontracts subordinate to the main contractor. Separate contract contracts are drawn up for all contracts, and in addition each subcontractor is obliged to accept and to sign the subcontracting agreement (RT 80271) to the main contractor. The execution method of demanding and good hospital construction, which especially includes e.g. cleanliness management (P1 construction method), hygiene, life cycle and wear resistance and the logistical systematization of the implementation is included in each contract, and the contractors do not have the right to demand separate compensations or extensions of the contract period related to the method of implementation. The construction project includes construction and HVAC works, including demolition completed in accordance with the tender documents. Each contractor performs the demolition work in his own field to the extent indicated in the tender documents.
