Expansion and modernization of the 400/220/110 kV Wielopole station - STAGE IB 1. The subject of the Order is the development of technical documentation and the implementation of works related to the expansion and modernization of the Wielopole 400/220/110 kV station. 2. Detailed description of the item the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional and Utility Program. 3. As part of the Order, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising option rights. 4. Common Procurement Vocabulary names and codes: 35100000-5, 45100000-8, 45200000-9, 45300000-0, 45400000-1, 45500000-2, 71200000-0, 71300000-1, 71400000-2, 71500000-3 5. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems technical information referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor can apply the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". 6. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act that it is proposed...
