Tender Details

1. The subject of the Order is the performance of design works and construction and assembly works at the 400/220/110 kV Pątnow power station to the extent ordered by the Ordering Party, aimed at rebuilding part of the 220 kV switchgear (bays 10, 11, 12) to enable the connection of the Energy Storage EleMieczysławow electrical installation with a capacity of 200 MW and a photovoltaic (PV) installation in Bochlewo with a capacity of 150 MW. The entities indicated above will be connected to the rebuilt and modernized fields 10 and 12.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional and Utility Program.

3. Eachon an ad hoc basis, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to opspecified if they allow obtaining features or parameters that are no worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".

4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by Zaordering party, is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act that...
