Tender Details

The subject of the order is the expansion and integration of the hospital system with the possibility of electronic signature of documents using signature collection devices and e-ID readers along with the required licenses and equipment. Detailed description and scope of the subject of the order was specified in Annex 1 to the contract and the contract template. The task was carried out as part of the project entitled Development of digital services at the Clinical Center of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology in Opole. Task no. 5.4-5.8 co-financed under the National Reconstruction Plan program and Increasing Immunity, Measure D1.1.2. Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care. The contractor is obliged to execute the order in accordance with the DNSH principle.
