Tender Details

The subject of the order is "Expansion of the air-conditioning network in the Commune Office in Hynem.1) The planned project will consist in the construction of an air-conditioning system in a part of the Commune Office building, covering floors: II, III and IV.2) The works will be carried out during the Office's opening hours, i.e. Mon. 7:30-17:00, Tue-Thu 7:30-15:30, Fri. 7:30-14:00. The Ordering Party allows for extension of working hours (concerning works in corridors), but not longer than by 3 hours. because of the work of the cleaners. During working hours until 15:00 should not be driven by anyone who is strenuous works interfering with the functioning of the Office, the Bank and the Post Office, and communication to the Institutions in question should be ensured.3) The subject of the order is planned to include, among others: the following construction works: delivery and installation of indoor wall units all office rooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, delivery and installation of outdoor units on the building's facade, replacement of existing indoor and outdoor units, construction of a cooling installation including the connection system between indoor units and external air conditioning system, installation of condensate drainage, installation of flush-mounted switchboards...
