1. The subject of the order is the expansion of 400/110 kV Płock to connect new facilities to the National Power System.

4. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party or equivalent.
5. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who appoints to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the means in question evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
