This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but an invitation to a market dialogue for potential producers of the expansion material for the city model and formula base map. The 3D city model of the city of Nokia (extent 58 km2) has been produced with aerial photography and with laser bowling. The city model is to be expanded by 42 km2 and a base map of the plan will also be made for part of the area (10 km2). implemented in an appropriate manner. A discussion session will be held with each operator who has expressed their interest within the deadline using the Teams application in January 2026. Responding or not responding to the market dialogue invitation does not prevent a possible participation in the procurement procedure. If you are interested in participating in the market dialogue, we ask you to register by e-mail by Monday 12 January 2026 at 14:00 to the address harri.lehen@nokiankaupunki.fi. Email Subject: Market dialogue, expansion of the city model and plan base map. This request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the views expressed in the market dialogues in the preparation of the tender.
