Description of the service: PROCUREMENT OF THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING, AND ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR A MINIMUM TERM OF 3 YEARS, IN RELATION TO A NEW AUTOMATED ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AT THE FAIR PARKING CORNELLÀ: the contracting of the supply, installation, configuration, integration and commissioning of a new automated access control system for the car park of the Fira de Cornellà, managed by PROCORNELLÀ. The main purpose of the contract is to modernize the current vehicle access and exit system, replacing the existing model based on the combined use of machinery and face-to-face attention with an automated system with control through license plate reading and remote management. The new system will have to allow: - The automated management of vehicle entrances and exits. - The reduction of dependence on face-to-face care. - The improvement of internal traffic flow. - The optimization of entry and exit times. - The integration of automated payment systems.-The implementation of a license plate recognition system (LPR).-The remote management and centralized supervision of the facility.-Improving the traceability, operational control and security of the service.
