Exp 26-03 REVISION AND PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE, AND ADAPTATION TO REGULATIONS OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS OF LOT 1.- EXTINGUISHERS AND BIES, LOT 2.- FIRE DETECTION CENTERS OF THE DEPENDENCIES MANAGED BY PROCORNELLÀ IN THE CITY OF CORNELLÀ OF LLOBREGAT, WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT LINKED TO LABOR AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS: SMI; WITH INNOVATION: USE E-COORDINA; AND WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE: MINIMUM TASKS ACCORDING TO PPT Description of the provision: : Review and maintenance of: LOT 1.- EXTINGUISHERS AND BIESLOT 2.- FIRE DETECTION CENTERS In relation to the installations and fire protection systems of the buildings assigned or managed by PROCORNELLÀ for a period of 3 YEARS from the formalization of the contract. It will be subject and responsibility of the awarded company to ensure compliance with the laws, regulations and rules in force. The object of the contract includes: • Preventive maintenance. • Corrective maintenance derived from the use and deterioration of the facilities.• Modifications to be made to adapt the facilities to the applicable regulations, especially with regard to Royal Decree 770/2025, which modifies Royal Decree 513/2017, of May 22, which approves the Regulations for facilities fire protection. •For these purposes, all maintenance activities must be adapted to the new requirements at the latest, within a period of one year after the entry into force of the Standard (at the latest, March 3, 2027...
