2. The subject of the order is: 1) construction of 302.75 m2 of exhibition space in accordance with the design of the development of a promotional stand (stand) developed by the Contractor, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, taking into account the conditions specified in Annex No. 2 to agreement;2) technical service of the promotional stand during the Fair;3) service of the promotional stand by 5 (five) people (hostesses and/or hosts) speaking at least two of the following languages: German, Polish, English;4) dismantling of the completed construction, o referred to in point 1, after the end of the fair; 5) providing a third party liability insurance policy; 6) taking and providing the Ordering Party with photos regarding the activities carried out at the stand along with the copyrights to the photos; 7) recording, processing and submitting the film to the Ordering Party promotional information regarding activities carried out at the stand, along with copyright to the film; - as part of the BIOFACH 2026 fair taking place on February 10-13, 2026. in Nuremberg, Germany on the terms specified in the contract.3. Detailed description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (IPU), constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
