Phase 1 includes the full reconstruction of Exhibition Street from St. Andrew Street to Robertson Drive, replacing all transmission, feeder and local watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, road, curb and sidewalk. New watermain on Robertson Street to existing Robertson Booster Pump Station. New WM and large valve chamber on Verney Street. Road and surface repairs only on Robertson Drive and Verney Street.
