"Exercising construction supervision during the implementation of construction and assembly works at a site: "Implementation of activities for the prevention, protection and management of the risk of floods along the Skot River on the territory... “Exercising construction supervision during execution of construction and assembly works at a site: "Implementation of activities for the prevention, protection and management of the risk of floods along the Skat river in the territory of the municipality of Vratsa" under Procedure BG16FFPR002-4.006 under the Program "Environment 2021-2027" Object of the present a public procurement is a SERVICE - (the provision of services) in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Public Procurement Act with the Subject "Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works at a site: "Implementation of activities for prevention, protection and management of the risk of floods along the Skat river on the territory of the municipality of Vratsa" under Procedure BG16FFPR002-4.006 - Natural measures for the prevention and management of the risk of floods under Priority 4 "Risk and climate change" under the Program "Environment 2021-2027" with the aim and scope of performance of the functions of a CONSULTANT in the sense of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), as the duties and responsibilities are in accordance with the mandatory scope regulated in Art. 168, para. 1, para. 3, para. 6 and Art. 176a, para. 1 of ZUT.
