Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 and Item 2, Art. 168 and Art. 169b, para. 1 of the ZUT in volume and scope according to the requirements of the ZUT and by-laws, including control regarding the completeness and correct compilation of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/2003 Preparation of final report to the Contracting Authority, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT; Performance of the functions of the Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work in the implementation of construction - assembly works; Preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176a of ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on technical passports for constructions.
