The object of this public procurement is a SERVICE - (the provision of services) in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Public Procurement Act with the Subject: "Exercise of construction supervision and control during the execution of construction and assembly works", the execution of which is divided into TWO separate items with a total value of € 84, 028.71 excluding VAT with the purpose and scope of performing the functions of a CONSULTANT within the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), as the duties and responsibilities are in accordance with the mandatory scope regulated in art. 168, para. 1, para. 3, para. 6 and Art. 176a, para. 1 of ZUT. Separate item No. 1 is assigned with the present procedure, and Separate item No. 2 is assigned directly separately from the present procedure in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP.
