The object of this public procurement is a SERVICE - (the provision of services) in the sense of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act with the Subject: "Exercise of construction supervision and control during the execution of construction and installation works", the implementation of which is divided into SIX separate items with a total value of € 92, 411.61 excluding VAT with the purpose and scope of performing the functions of a CONSULTANT within the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), as the duties and responsibilities are in accordance with the mandatory scope regulated in art. 168, para. 1, para. 3, para. 6 and Art. 176a, para. 1 of ZUT. Separate item No. 1 to No. 4, inclusive, are awarded with the present procedure, and from Separate item No. 5 to No. 6, inclusive, are awarded directly separately from the present procedure under the order of art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP. Separate item No. 1 to No. 4 inclusive, which are an element of awarding with this procedure and amount to a total value of € 78, 156.07 excluding VAT and are: SPECIFIC POSITION #1 - "Exercise of construction supervision and time control of execution of construction and assembly works at a site: "Construction and additional water supply and replacement of internal water supply network for Usoi Street, Parchevtsi Street and Dolni Novachkini Street, Elena city - Stage 1: Reconstruction of internal water supply network of "Usoi" street.
