Exercise of independent construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works for a site - "Biological strengthening of the banks of the Guerilla River in the city of Varbitsa" "Exercising independent construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for site - "Biological strengthening of the banks of the Gerila River in the city of Varbitsa" The subject of the order includes the following main activities: Implementation of consulting services in the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the site acc. art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and item 2, art. 168 and art. 169b, para. 1 of the ZUT in volume and scope according to the requirements of the ZUT and by-laws, including control regarding the completeness and correct compilation of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/2003 Preparation of a final report to the Contracting Authority, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT; Fulfilling the functions of the Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions when performing construction and assembly works; Preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports for the constructions.
