To participate in the Tender, the Contractor must review and fill out a package of tender documentation (1. VC Specification; 2. Subcontract Agreement - elaborate and submit a completed protocol of disagreements and Appendix No. 1. Commercial terms of the Agreement); After processing tender documentation, the Contractor must provide a completed package of tender documentation and add the following documents to the package: - Commercial offer - must be signed by an authorized person and certified with a seal, - Commercial offer in Excel format (completed VC Specification with a saved list of works and volumes with prices for each item except for materials - Customer's material) - Certificate of arbitrary form, a scan copy of a similar contract and a document confirming its execution (Act completed works); - Extract from the EDR (full) as of the date of submission of documents; - Articles of Association in the current version (all pages, including the back pages, which contain information); - Description signed by the state registrar for making changes to the constituent documents (regarding the charter of current edition); - License to perform works related to the creation of architectural objects with applications; - Special permits and declarations granted to the Subcontractor for the performance of high-risk works and for the operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger; -Certificates of employees on completion of training on OS and TB issues; qualification certificates of employees; - Copy of the passport and code of the manager (signatory) of the Subcontractor; - Power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the signatory of the Subcontractor (if available); - Balance Sheet (Report on the Financial Status) of the Subcontractor - the last submitted (registered); the amount of accrued wages (income, financial support, assistance, compensation) of insured persons and the amount of the accrued single contribution for mandatory s...
