1. The subject of the order is the performance of works related to the construction of deep well No. 4A in Siniarzewo.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Design of geological works for the construction of replacement well hole No. 4a and the liquidation of hole No. 4 of the water pipeline. rural project in Siniarzewo and Project Information Card, constituting Appendix No. 8 and No. 7 to SWZ, respectively. The scope of works also includes the delivery and assembly of a complete well casing with fittings and a casing opening sensor, connection of the new well to the existing network water supply and electricity and its fencing with 1.73 m high panels with a concrete foundation along with a gate. 3.
