The county road DJ709 is asphalted, but it shows specific defects, mostly failures of the road system, highlighted by cracks and tiles, due to the increase in traffic, especially with high tonnage. At the same time, the infiltration of water into the body of the road and the inefficient drainage along the roadled to washes of the granular material which in some places caused the foundation of the road to give way.
In accordance with the provisions of O.G.R. no. 43/1997 on the road regime, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, the county road subject to modernization is owned bymunicipality of Arad County through the Arad County Council, in which capacity it has the obligation to maintain this road in the technical condition corresponding to safe traffic. As a whole, the analyzed road sector does not correspond to the provisions of the "Regulations on theenabling technical road quality requirements related to user requirements", code NE 021-2003 and the Technical Instructions regarding the determination of the technical condition of public roads", code CD 155-2001, which is why urgent work is required to modernize it.
In confcomply with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days...
