Implementation of works on the development/creation of a complete, verifiable and suitable package of documents, procedures, calculation files and reporting within the framework of the mechanism of cross-border carbon regulation (SVAM) for PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih for the year 2026 Thank you for participation in the tender for the provision of services for the development/creation of a complete, verifiable and suitable package of documents, procedures, calculation files and reporting within the framework of the mechanism of cross-border carbon regulation (CSAM) for PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih for the year 2026., and we ask you to submit a commercial proposal with the minimum possible cost of services. Requirements for the technical and commercial proposal: Proposals should be sent in Russian or Ukrainian. The commercial part must contain: 1. Cost of services in hryvnias without VAT for the entire range of services; 2. Terms of payment (the preferred form of payment is based on the fact of the services rendered with a 45 calendar day payment delay). The cost of the specified works must include all costs for this complex services (business trips, invoices, labor cost of specialists, etc.). The proposal must be drawn up in accordance with the scope of work. Bidders, based on their experience, have the right and undertake to check the scope of work and to supplement with those types of work and services that, in their opinion, are necessary for the successful performance of the work in general. If such additions are not made, it is considered that all additional work that may occur during the performance of these works will be performed by the Contractor within the declared cost and terms of its execution.
