Execution of the works corresponding to the Project for the sanitation of the municipality of Súria through the connection to the Manresa-Sant Joan de Vilatorrada Wastewater Treatment Plant system (Phase 4) Description of the provision: Execution of the works corresponding to the Project for the sanitation of the municipality of Súria through the connection to the Manresa-Sant Joan de Vilatorrada Wastewater Treatment Plant system (Phase 4), consisting of the construction of a high collector through a DN315 polyethylene pipe that will allow the connection of the Súria sanitation system with the Manresa-Sant Joan de Vilatorrada Wastewater Treatment Plant system. The prior visit to the land subject to the works will have character mandatory. This requirement is justified by the unique characteristics of the projected action, given that the works must be carried out in a coordinated manner with the works on the new Salmorres collector and the regeneration water injection currently in execution, sharing layout, accesses, temporary occupations, servitudes and work areas. The correct preparation of the offers requires that the bidders know directly the current state of the land, the actual conditions of access, the limitations derived from the coexistence with the works in progress and the conditions that can affect the planning and execution of the works. Procedure: Type of processing: Urgent Justification of the urgent processing: The urgency derives from the need to coordinate the execution of the works subject to this contract with the works currently in execution corresponding to the new collector of Salmorres and to the injection of regenerated water between the Wastewater Treatment Plant of Manresa-Sant Joan de Vilatorrada and Súria. As shown in the construction project, the actions partially share the same route, overlapping approximately twenty-five percent of the route and maintaining a usual proximity of less than ten or fifteen meters in the rest of the route. Also, the project points out that the administrative conditions derived from the action they fully coincide with those planned for the execution of the new Salmorres collector and the pumping of regenerated water. The physical, territorial and administrative coincidence of the actions allows infrastructures to be executed jointly hydraulic works of public interest, reducing the effects on the affected land, minimizing the impact on existing accesses and services, avoiding successive actions on the same areas and optimizing the use of public resources. The project itself expressly identifies joint execution as an action that leads to economic savings and a reduction in execution terms, circumstances that are particularly relevant in view of the need to have high-quality solutions...
