The subject of the order includes comprehensive execution of construction works covering the rainwater and water supply systems as part of the task carried out by the Ordering Party for the Investor (Gliwice, a city with poviat rights) (hereinafter referred to as the Investment): Extension of district road No. 7207S - Chorzowska Street in Gliwice using the area of ​​a disused tram track. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description required by the ordering party in terms of implementation and acceptance is specified in: 1) Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order), 2) Appendix No. 1.2 to the SWZ (Design documentation) and additional declarations and documents listed in Appendix No. 1.1 or Appendix No. 1.2 to the SWZ, 3) Appendix No. 2 (Designed provisions of the contract), which will be included in the content contracts specify detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract.
