Tender Details

The procedure will be subject to an allotment. The purpose of the procedure is the implementation from September 1, 2028 or, failing that, from the first day of the 2028-2029 school year, of regular road passenger transport services by coach intended, primarily, to school users open to the public as well as regular road passenger transport services by coach on the Fluo Grand Est 88 network. The geographical sectors to be served are mainly located in the department of Vosges (88). It should be noted that certain lines will also serve municipalities in the departments of Meurthe et Moselle (54), Meuse (55), Haute-Marne (52), Haut-Rhin (68) and Haute-Saône (70). For the transport of these school users, the service consists of the daily implementation, following the school calendar, of a service from students' homes to their schools as well as a regular service of travelers. Regarding regular lines, These services run all year round or seasonally depending on the sites served. The number of vehicles assigned to the operation is estimated at around 210.
