The purpose of this contract is to entrust the HOLDER with the execution of regular road services created to ensure, primarily and for the benefit of students, the service of educational establishments on the territory of the Community of Troyes Champagne Métropole, in its capacity as Mobility Organizing Authority (art. R. 3111-5 of the Transport Code). The service is primarily reserved for the transport of school users (students). However, and within the limit of places available, non-school users may be admitted in the vehicles. THE ORGANIZING AUTHORITY will entrust the management and monitoring of school transport within its scope of competence to the public transport authority of the Trojan Agglomeration, referred to as TCAT in this document.
