Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the service: Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a sanitary sewage system in the Jabonka commune, hereinafter referred to as the Task, along with obtaining appropriate decisions, arrangements and permits, in accordance with the SWZ, as well as to implement other obligations specified in the SWZ, applicable regulations and standards. The study must refer to the existing system and complement it.2. The detailed scope of the service is specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 9 to SWZ3. The scope of work includes designing 17 sections of the sewage system: - Jabonka Centrum 4 locations - Jabonka Bory - 1 location - Orawka 1 location - Podwilk 5 locations - Zubrzyca Dolna 2 locations - Zubrzyca Grna 4 locations4. The scope of activities necessary for proper performance the subject of the contract referred to in section 1, includes in particular: - 1) obtaining a construction permit for the tasks as above or obtaining a construction permit without objection at the District Office 2) execution of STWIOR, investor cost estimates for the execution of the works 3) supervision copyright for the task as above.
