The subject of the contract is the implementation for the Ordering Party in the turnkey formula of the task under the name: Execution of the modernization of the upper reservoir ESP Porąbka Żar - task No. 2, including the performance of all construction works, services, supplies, post-assembly tests and commissioning, as well as other works and legal and factual activities related to the implementation of the task in question.
2. The following facilities with adjacent infrastructure are subject to modernization:
1) Upper Water Intake (GUW);
2) derivative pipelines;
3) A drainage adit;
4) Impact chamber;
5) Lower Water Intake (DUW).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the functional and operational program constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and the Agreement Template constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
