Thermal modernization of the School Complex No. 1 in Jabonów Pomorski - development of design documentation along with the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), development of energy performance certificates for individual thermally modernized buildings based on a functional and utility program, energy audits and a site visit, along with obtaining a final building permit decision or a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction works. Execution construction works on the basis and to the extent resulting from the prepared documentation, including author's supervision during the implementation of the investment, participation in the acceptance of final works, partial acceptance and final acceptance, if necessary effective notification of the District Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Brodnica of the intention to start construction works. After completion of construction works, preparation of as-built documentation (including as-built surveying inventory from the acceptance clauses inventory to the resources of the District Center of Geodesy and Cartography at Staroci Brodnickiego) and making an effective notification of the completion of construction works...
