1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-discipline design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as FFU) and the construction of an auxiliary building next to the Green Hotel hotel and restaurant building in Komorniki as its base. warehouse and equipment, design and build. After construction, the facility will fulfill a complementary function intended for the operation of the existing hotel and restaurant facility. The newly designed facility will function as a back-up facility economic as a warehouse for handy equipment, i.e.: maintenance of green areas and development of the area around the facility, tools and small architectural objects used seasonally, etc. All for the Ordering Party's own use.
