1.1 Part I - Rationalization of energy consumption in public buildings in the Czyca County, DPS in Czyca. The scope of work for part I includes: STAGE I - Preparation of complete design documentation regarding the scope of all works indicated in Stage II and III. Obtaining a building permit or notification in accordance with the provisions of construction law. If the above-mentioned documentation does not require obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification, the Contractor will provide information confirming this fact, obtained at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction. The documentation must be completed within the deadlines specified in point. VI SWZ. Complete design documentation must include: a) industry-specific construction design developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister Development of September 18, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project, Journal of Laws from 2020 pos. 1609, principles of technical knowledge and applicable standards, i.e.: architectural and construction design: 3 pieces, technical design: 3 pieces, bill of quantities work: 1 piece, investor's cost estimate: 1 piece, STWiORB: 1 piece, electronic version of the documentation: 1 piece; b) a set of necessary...
