Execution framework agreement - Ruds Vedby Sorø Spildevand A/S must separate waste water from rainwater in Ruds Vedby. In this connection, a new pipeline system with associated rainwater basins must be established at the same time that the operation of the existing system can maintained. This tender includes the supply of manpower and material for the execution of approx. 13 km of rainwater and waste water pipes with associated rainwater basin. The execution contract thus includes excavation work in soil, including contaminated soil, construction work coordinated with the client and with other line owners as well as pipe delivery. This is a main contract. The overall project is expected to be carried out over 7 possible stages with a 4-year horizon to ensure optimal flow of traffic from the local area and minimizing nuisance for citizens in Ruds Vedby. However, according to the contract, the client has the option to terminate this and thus end the cooperation with the contractor before the start of a new stage, i.e. before the start of each of them individual stages 1-7. The contractor must have good internal capacity and material, thus possibly shifts in the schedule can be absorbed and the execution schedule for the tendered areas can be met. The lines are mainly laid on public land, but the contractor must expect to work on private cadastres with local conditions and prove that he has experience working on private land.
