To participate in the Tender, the Contractor must review and fill out the package of tender documentation ( To participate in the Tender, the Contractor must review and fill out the package of tender documentation ( 1. Terms of Reference for decoration; 2. Subcontracting contract - worked out and submitted completed protocol of disagreements and Appendix No. 1. Commercial terms of the Agreement, 3. BОQ for Finishing works); After processing tender documents, the Contractor must provide a completed package of tender documents and add the following to the package documents: - Commercial a proposal in Excel format (a completed table of the TK file for decoration with a saved list of works, volumes and materials) - a certificate of any form, a scan copy of a similar contract and a document confirming its execution (Act of completed works); - Extract from the UDR (complete) as of the date of submission of the documents; - Statute in the current edition (all pages, including the back pages, which contain information); -Description under the signature of the state registrar for making changes to the constituent documents (regarding the statute in the current edition); - License to execution of works related to the creation of architectural objects with applications; - Special permits and declarations granted to the Subcontractor for the execution of works of increased danger and for the operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger; - Certificates employees about training on OP and TV issues; qualification certificates of employees; - Copy of the passport and code of the head (signatory) of the Subcontractor; - Power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the Subcontractor-s signatory (for if available);-Subcontractor's balance sheet (Financial status report) - the last submitted (registered);-Subcontractor's report on financial results (Report on total income) - the last submitted (registered); accrued wages (income, financial suppo...
