The tender concerns the execution of engineering (electricity and SRO) in relation to establishment of connection facility 725 for Kredsløb Transmission A/S (hereinafter referred to as: "Kredsløb"). With reference to Article 65 of the Utilities Directive, it can be stated that the tendered contract not be divided into sub-contracts, as Kredsløb has assessed that, in view of the characteristics of the task, as well as the financial, responsibility and performance aspects, it is most appropriately resolved in one contract. The tendered task is described in more detail in the tender material. No remuneration is provided for participation in this tender.
