Dear Sir or Madam, PKP TELKOL sp. z o. o. (hereinafter also PKP TELKOL or the Ordering Party) invites you to submit an offer in the procedure no. WNP - 021234 regarding: Renting an operator with a mini excavator to locate damage to a copper cable in the area Jaroszowiec - Bukowno. Construction of an open pit for the XTKM 10x4x0.8 cable in the place indicated by the representative of PKPTelkol. The work requires coordination of the PKP Telkol team with the service contractor. After completing the work, a report should be prepared containing the number of works performed hours, confirmed by the signature of the Client's representative. The given number of hours is an estimate, the settlement of work will be based on a report confirming the actual number of hours worked, taking into account a separately settled lump sum item travel fee. On the day of the work, it may be necessary to move the equipment along the LHS railway line on the indicated section. The date of commencing the work should be agreed between the parties at least 3 days in advance, due to the need to coordination of the works and obtaining the required consents.
