The subject of the order is the preparation of design and construction documentation as part of the task titled: Security and stabilization of landslides no. 2930 and no. 4547 along with reconstruction and removal of the effects along the district road no. 2074K egocina - Kamionna in the town of Bedno at km 3+045 3+191 along with obtaining a positive opinion from the Polish Geological Institute for the protection of the project and stabilization of the landslide and participation in the meeting of the Provincial Team Supervising the Implementation of Tasks in the field of Counteracting Landslide Movements and Removing Their Effects. 2. Within the agreed offer price, the Contractor is obliged to conduct supervision authorship over the design and cost estimate (i.e. supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with the project and agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to the project). While carrying out the designed works construction works, the Contractor is obliged to visit the construction site (at least 3 times) upon the Employer's written request submitted at least three days in advance.
