Execution of current and emergency construction and assembly works and construction and repair works (SMR/SRR) of buildings of "UMBAL PROF. DR. STOYAN KIRKOVICH" JSC Object and subject of the public procurement: The object of this public procurement is the implementation of construction and installation works under Art. 3, para. 1, item 1, b. "a" of the Law on Public Procurement (PPP), related to the implementation of emergency and current repairs and construction and installation works (CMP) of buildings, repairs, reconstructions, alterations. The execution of the order includes execution of construction and assembly works and construction and repair works in hospital units and sites of the UMBAL "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" JSC, which should be carried out upon assignment by the Contracting Authority. The expected types of work are described in detail in the technical specification of the types of construction and assembly works, as well as warranty responsibility for the completed construction and assembly works. In the event of types of works other than those specified in the technical specification, the unit prices should be proven with analyzes formed on the basis of the pricing indicators from the participant's offer and invoices for the materials, the same being agreed and approved by the contracting authority. If anywhere in this documentation and/or its appendices are specifically indicated standards, specifications, technical approvals or other technical references, the Employer will accept as meeting the requirements and their equivalents.
