IN therefore, pursuant to Art. 133 section 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party will make the above-mentioned documentation available to those Contractors who directly submit the appropriate application referred to in Chapter III, section 6 et seq. of this SWZ. 2.Detailed Description The Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, does not include: 1)ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026, items 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of security państwa, 2) ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system...
