Execution of construction works for the task "Improving the availability of outpatient specialist care and rehabilitation at the Nicolaus Copernicus Hospital in Gdańsk - stage I". 1. The subject of the order are construction works in the Build formula for the task "Improvement availability of outpatient specialist care and rehabilitation at the Hospital. Nicolaus Copernicus in Gdańsk" based on the design documentation constituting annexes to the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix 1 to the SWZ). 2.The subject of the order consists of: one part. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (called OPZ) together with the annexes. The terms and conditions of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft contract attachments. 3. The contractor will provide a warranty covering the subject of this order for a minimum period of 36 months and a maximum of 60 months (from the date of final acceptance of the works). The definitions of acceptance and warranty are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. 4.
