Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works in the Build formula for the task "Improving the availability of outpatient specialist care and rehabilitation at the Nicolaus Copernicus Hospital in Gdańsk" based on the design documentation constituting attachments to Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix 1 to the SWZ). 2. The subject of the order consists of one part. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (called OPZ) together with the annexes. Conditions execution of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft contract with attachments. 3. The contractor will provide a warranty covering the subject of this order for a minimum period of 36 months and a maximum of 60 months (from the date of final acceptance of the works). Definitions acceptance and warranty are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. 4. The contractor is obliged to conclude an agreement regarding the order in question for the duration of the contract, no later than the day preceding the day on which which the construction site is to be handed over, an insurance contract or contracts against all risks and liabilities related to the implementation of the contract, and to pay the due insurance premiums on time and pay them within the period specified in the policy payments, to the extent described in point No. 16 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5.
