1. The subject of the order are construction works in the Design and Build formula for the task: Construction of a modular building in prefabricated technology for the purpose of mounting an MRI for the Provincial Oncology Center in Gdańsk based on the documentation constituting the annexes. to the Description of the Subject of the Order (clause 2 to the SWZ).2. The subject of the order consists of one part. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (called OPZ) together with annexes. Terms of implementation the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ Draft contract with attachments.3. The Contractor will provide a warranty covering the subject of this order for a minimum period of 36 months and a maximum of 60 months (from the date of final acceptance of the works). Definitions of acceptance and warranty described in a. No. 3 to SWZ. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.4.
