Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the renovation and adaptation of rooms for warehouse functions (ul. Wwozowa 34B and ul. Wwozowa 34C). Describe the detailed scope of work: 1) Technical Design 2) Bill of quantities, 3) Specification Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works, constituting annexes to the SWZ. Note: the ordering party will submit an application for a building permit. The order completion date is conditional on obtaining a building permit decision, the expected date of obtaining it is 20 September 2026. If the procedure for obtaining a building permit is prolonged, the contractor may, until the decision is obtained, perform other works included in the scope of the order, not subject to the requirement to have a building permit decision.2. Deadlines execution of works: commencement of construction works within 3 days from the date of handing over the construction site; the construction site will be handed over within 5 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract indicated in the information on the result of the proceedings; completion of construction works by 17 December 2026.3.
