Tender Details

The subject of the order includes construction works aimed at reconstruction, renovation and adaptation of the facility to fire protection conditions, the scope of work includes in particular: 1) modernization of the office part of the building along with internal and sanitary installations, electrical and computer cabling; 2) adaptation of the building to fire protection regulations, electrical and telecommunications installations, including installation of a fire alarm system, emergency lighting, main current switch, adaptation of electrical switchboards and façade works;3) renovation of the ramp and stairs;4) replacement of the central heating boiler;5) preparation of as-built documentation;6) granting a warranty for the works performed. Design Documentation is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and PPU, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
