1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the task titled: Modernization of the courtyards of the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin. The task involves the renovation and reconstruction of the courtyards of the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin including the renovation and reconstruction of the stage and existing infrastructure, as well as on the construction site of external installations and elements of small architecture and an electronic poster. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, description of the ordering party's requirements the execution of the order is specified in the documents listed below: -Designed provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, -Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ together with attachments. NOTE: due to the large volume of design documentation - attachments to the Description of the subject of the order are available on the Ordering Party's website at: https://cloud.zamek.szczecin.pl/s/52tzBqSLGbgTLFF 3. The investment will be financed from a targeted subsidy for the investment included in the Multiannual Financial Plan of the Voivodeship West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2016-2038 for the task entitled: Modernization and renovation of the courtyards of the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin. The project in question was included in the Implementation Program of the Voivodeship's Cultural Policy West Pomeranian Voivodeship. 4.
